Happy (almost) Summer Everyone!
First & foremost, thank you for a fantastic AWANA year! Clubbers and Volunteers alike shared their wonderful experiences of the year and we are excited for the upcoming year ahead. With that, we are happy to announce that our registration is NOW OPEN!!
Registration Information:
Registration will only be available online this year: 2025-2026 Clubber Registration
To ensure we are properly prepared, we have added additional questions about your clubber; thank you for your extra time to share more information about your clubber.
Please fill out an application for each clubber.
Payment Information:
We want to make sure each clubber has a great experience and we genuinely want to take every clubber but we recognize that we only have so many volunteers; therefore, this year's process has been changed to an application process. With that, we will send an email to advise of your clubber's acceptance. That email will provide payment details for the $100 fee per clubber, which is due by the first night of club.

August 26: volunteer & clubber registration deadline
September 16 @ 630-8pm: club begins!
